Participants have the opportunity to sample seasonal dishes and discuss how to grow specific plants found in the recipes. Seasonal dishes may include Saltbush Rice with native greens, warm Mesquite Pinole along with mesquite-cornmeal cookies and seasonal fruits and nuts including black walnuts and grapes. Limit 20.
