Please call the Registrar: 909-625-8767 x244. Reservations are required at least one month in advance of the requested tour or program date. Reservations for each month close on the 15th of the previous month. Self-guided tours can be arranged, but teachers or group leaders are required to call the Registrar one month in advance. Fees must be received one week prior to the scheduled tour date. We will invoice on a purchase order, but must receive actual payment in advance of the tour. We accept cash, purchase orders, MasterCard, Visa or checks made payable to RSABG. A confirmation letter will be sent out once a reservation has been made. Please review the letter carefully and verify date, time, tour topic and number of students. Notify the Registrar immediately of any changes or discrepancies. |
