Late arrival will result in a shortened visit. Teachers are encouraged to visit RSABG prior to a class visit. (A special Teacher Day is held each year in September.) Students must be accompanied by adults in a ratio of one adult to every 10 students. Nature Interpreters depend on adult assistance to keep students together and attentive. Adults should refrain from cellular phone use and not engage in distracting conversations with other adults. This ensures that docents will be able to devote full attention to providing a quality experience for every student. We ask that adults do not bring toddlers or infants in strollers to guided school tours or programs. Picnicking is not allowed in the Garden. Free parking and a designated area for buses are available. Cancellation: Notify the Registrar immediately at 909-625-8767 x224, if it is necessary to cancel your reservation. Payment received may be applied to future tours or programs. If it is raining at the Garden in the morning, the Registrar will call the school and cancel the tour. |
