Saturday, September 19, 2015  -  Majestic Oak Leadership Society Dinner

Appreciation dinner for our 2014-2015 Majestic Oak Society Donors / Susanna Bixby Bryant Council members and opening for From Chia to Chokecherry, the ethnobotany exhibit in the Container Garden.

Sunday, May 1, 2016  -  Garden with a View

Garden with a View 2016 will be a family-style sit-down dinner with silent and live auction, live music, socializing, and more, all to benefit the Garden and its programs. Garden with a View is held the first Sunday in May. Catering by Primal Alchemy. Tickets on sale soon.

Friday, July 31, 2015  -  RSABG Member Preview - Petals to Panoramas: Visitors' Views of RSABG

RSABG members will celebrate the opening of the Garden's new exhibit featuring visitors' photos of the Garden at its best with light refreshments.

Friday, October 2, 2015  -  Acorn Member Fall Planting Festival Pre-Sale and Happy Hour

Acorn members can sign up for personal shopping assistance iwth RSABG staff and purchase plants before the Grow Native Nursery opens for the season while enjoing appetizers, wine and beer.

Saturday, October 3, 2015  -  RSABG Member Early Admission to the Fall Planting Festival

RSABG members receive early admission to the Garden's annual opening of the Grow Native Nursery.

Saturday, December 5, 2015  -  Membership Appreciation Day at the Holiday Open House

RSABG members will learn more about the Garden's fall exhibit in the Container Garden, From Chia to Chokecherry and can pick up a membership thank you gift. This event coincides with the Garden's Holiday Open Holiday, be sure to stop by Johnson's Oval for photos with Santa.

Friday, December 11, 2015  -  Gold Card Reception at Luminaria Nights

Gold Card members receive free admission to Luminaria Nights and are invited to an exclusive reception with live music, hot beverages, feastive cookies and marshmallow roasting.

Sunday, February 14, 2016  -  Acorn Member Early Bird Breakfast

Acorn members will enjoy a buffet breakfast with welcoming remarks by Lucinda McDade before the family oriented Bird Festival at the Garden.

Saturday, March 5, 2016  -  Fee Admission Day, New Art Exhibit, & Plant Sale


Free admission for all to celebrate spring. RSABG members will enjoy 20% off your Grow Native Nursery purchases (general public 10% off) with light refreshments. Stop by our gallery for the first day of the Garden's art exhibition Flow, with RSABG member opening reception from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Your gift to The Garden Fund for Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden helps close the nearly $1,000,000 gap between income (including memberships) and expenses; and enables the Garden do what it does best:

Matching Gifts – Corporate matching gifts provide an opportunity for you to double or even triple your gift to RSABG. If you work for a matching gift company (click here for list), simply request a matching gift form from your company’s personnel office and follow the directions to initiate the match. Mail the form to our office and we will do the rest.


Celebrate or Remember a Special Person or Event

Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden joins you in honoring a friend, loved one or business associate by offering you a special way to give a gift. You can recognize someone special, commemorate a milestone or celebrate a special occasion, such as an anniversary, retirement, wedding or birthday, when you  make a tribute or memorial gift. In doing so you support the mission of RSABG and have the satisfaction of knowing your gift will help to provide a lasting legacy for while supporting the mission of RSABG. Gifts in Honor of someone are a meaningful way of recognizing a family member, friend, colleague, teacher, etc., for special occasions such as births, birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, retirements or other achievements. We will send the individual a card acknowledging your thoughtfulness; the amount of the contribution will not be revealed.

Gifts in Memory of a spouse, family member, friend or loved one are a special way to celebrate a life. A card will be sent to you acknowledging receipt of your gift and the individual or family recognized will be sent a card to let them know of your thoughtfulness. No gift amount will be revealed.

Benefits of Giving

Garden Fund donors receive special benefits.  All Garden Fund donors are listed in the Honor Roll of Donors and receive the yearly edition of the Garden Variety newsletter that includes the honor roll listing.  $1000 and greater donors have the option of receiving a membership with their donation and also receive Aliso (RSABG's scientific journal), an invitation to the Majestic Oak Leadership Dinner, free entry to the Butterfly Pavilion for donor(s) and immediate family, and reusable RSABG admission guest passes (not applicable for special or ticketed events and number varies on donor level).
