- By August 15 - identify challenging areas to stake, tench and level for sculpture sites and corresponding signage locations. This will be reported to OiG staff
- By September 15: Prepare each sculpture site according to Installation guidelines provided by OiG. Level each site and provide corresponding substrate, such as granite or mulch, to be used to cover up bases of sculptures when they arrive. Compact level sites using road base gravel or
crushed granite where necessary. Clear out brush, branches and other material that may present obstacles for the sculpture or be a hazard while the sculpture is sited in the respective location.
- October 11-18: Provide staff support for installation week. Have rented trenching equipment and drill on hand for siting sculptures.
- October 19-April 14: Monitor sculpture sites for leaf litter, plant material and other debris to protect against possible damage and maintain aesthetic appearance of sculptures.
